Instead of taking their cars to a mechanic, millennials are attempting to fix their vehicles themselves using online do it yourself sites in order to save money. The article continues with sharing how business should approach millennials.

I would give this a thumb up and one thumb down (if that is legal). First of all, the language in this is kind of confusing. The quotes are what make sense the most, while the writing is very statistical and unnecessary information. Also, it seems like the lede is kind of buried a couple paragraphs down. The story is interesting in how it talks about how businesses should target millennials by using new technology and social media.

In this story, only non-millennials are quoted. Once again, it is difficult to find a relevant millennial, but getting that voice helps in adding a different perspective than just the marketing businesses.
